And the wines keep coming
Our range of wines continues to expand and we’re excited to announce that our first ever Syrah is in the cool room along with the return of Sangiovese vintage 2023. Both have exceeded expectations with the Syrah delivering our interpretation of that French style - smooth with a hint of that Australian shiraz character on the back palette.
The process
Our grapes are estate grown, hand picked and produced under consultation with local winemaker Alex McKay, the driving force behind Collector Wines

What People Are Saying
“2021 - Sangiovese - 90 points. Sappy lighter weight red with a big, vibrant, cherry juice sluice and a big dusting of spice. Tarter style, upbeat, fresh-feeling. A web of fine, soft tannin, a little bit washy and diffuse in its flavours, but a very pleasing, drink young, young drink here.”

“The wine (2021 - Sangiovese) is a vibrant and bright crimson colour in the glass. A swirl reveals aromas of ripe red cherries and blood plums with a good shake of cool climate-induced spices of star anise and white pepper. The palate is medium-bodied with waves of vibrant red cherry and plum flavours and spice notes. A lovely balance of fruit sweetness and acidity combined with a pillowy plush of soft tannins produces a delightful and delicious finish.“
